1. Agreement to these Terms
By accessing or using FinanceSuccess™, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, you must not use the website, WhatsApp AI Coach, subscription services, business modules, reminders, or any related FinanceSuccess service.
2. About FinanceSuccess™
FinanceSuccess™ is an AI Money and Business Coach designed to help entrepreneurs, side hustlers, informal businesses, and small business owners understand their business money better.
The platform may include WhatsApp coaching, business modules, goal setting, reminders, monthly actions, manual business number input, AI-generated summaries, and subscription-based access.
3. No professional advice
FinanceSuccess™ provides general business coaching, educational content, AI-generated guidance, and practical action suggestions. It does not provide regulated financial advice, tax advice, accounting advice, legal advice, credit advice, investment advice, or professional audit services.
You remain responsible for your own business, tax, legal, accounting, financial, and operational decisions. You should consult a qualified accountant, tax practitioner, attorney, financial advisor, compliance professional, or other registered professional before making important decisions.
4. AI limitations
FinanceSuccess™ uses AI to generate responses, summaries, coaching prompts, reminders, and business actions. AI can make mistakes, misunderstand information, miss context, or produce incomplete outputs.
- You must review AI responses before acting on them.
- You must not rely on AI responses as your only source of advice.
- AI-generated actions are suggestions, not guarantees.
- FinanceSuccess™ does not guarantee profit, business success, funding approval, debt reduction, or tax compliance.
5. WhatsApp AI Coach
FinanceSuccess™ may provide coaching through WhatsApp. You are responsible for the messages you send. You must not send confidential banking credentials, passwords, PINs, OTPs, full card details, ID copies, or documents you are not authorised to share.
FinanceSuccess™ may send reminders or follow-up messages if you have an active account and have not replied for a period of time. You can stop using the WhatsApp coach at any time by not sending further messages or by contacting support.
6. Enter Your Numbers
The Enter Your Numbers feature allows you to manually enter basic business numbers such as sales, expenses, cash available, unpaid invoices, debt, repayments, business goals, and short notes.
FinanceSuccess™ uses the numbers you enter to generate coaching insights, practical actions, and WhatsApp guidance. You are responsible for ensuring the information you enter is accurate and that you are authorised to share it.
7. Document uploads
During the beta or early launch phase, FinanceSuccess™ may restrict or remove document upload features to protect users and reduce privacy risk. If document uploads are enabled in future, additional upload terms, privacy notices, consent notices, and retention rules may apply.
You must not upload documents that you do not own or do not have permission to share.
8. Subscriptions, trials, and payments
FinanceSuccess™ may offer free trials, monthly subscriptions, yearly subscriptions, once-off plans, promotional access, or lifetime/founder plans.
- Plan features, limits, prices, and availability may change from time to time.
- Access may be limited by plan type, usage limits, message limits, analysis limits, or subscription status.
- Trial access may expire automatically.
- Paid access may expire if payment is not completed, renewed, or successfully processed.
- Promotional or Achiever Pass access may be limited by code, duration, or eligibility.
Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers. FinanceSuccess™ is not responsible for payment provider downtime, card declines, bank issues, exchange rate differences, or third-party processing errors.
9. Refunds and cancellations
Users may manage, cancel, or renew subscriptions through the FinanceSuccess dashboard where available. Cancellation may stop future access or stop renewal depending on the type of plan.
Refunds are not automatic unless required by applicable law or expressly stated in a written FinanceSuccess refund policy. If you believe you were charged incorrectly, contact support as soon as possible.
10. User responsibilities
You agree that you will not:
- Use FinanceSuccess™ for illegal, fraudulent, harmful, or abusive activity.
- Share your login details with unauthorised persons.
- Send passwords, OTPs, PINs, bank login details, or card security details.
- Upload or enter information you are not authorised to share.
- Misrepresent FinanceSuccess™ as a registered accountant, tax practitioner, financial advisor, attorney, or credit provider.
- Reverse engineer, copy, scrape, attack, overload, or interfere with the platform.
- Use the AI coach to generate unlawful, misleading, discriminatory, or harmful content.
11. Account security
You are responsible for keeping your account login details safe. If you believe your account has been accessed without permission, contact support immediately.
12. Privacy and personal information
FinanceSuccess™ processes personal information in line with its Privacy Policy and applicable South African data protection requirements. POPIA promotes the protection of personal information processed by public and private bodies and sets minimum requirements for processing personal information. The Information Regulator is responsible for monitoring and enforcing compliance with POPIA.

13. Third-party services
FinanceSuccess™ may rely on third-party services such as WhatsApp/Meta, AI providers, hosting providers, email providers, analytics tools, and payment processors. These third-party services may have their own terms, privacy policies, limits, and outages.
FinanceSuccess™ is not responsible for third-party downtime, policy changes, API errors, delivery failures, account restrictions, or service interruptions outside its reasonable control.
14. Intellectual property
FinanceSuccess™, its name, logo, design, modules, prompts, content, processes, page designs, and related materials are owned by or licensed to FinanceSuccess / GAD, unless otherwise stated.
You may not copy, resell, reproduce, distribute, or present FinanceSuccess™ content as your own without written permission.
15. Service availability
FinanceSuccess™ may be updated, improved, paused, restricted, or temporarily unavailable for maintenance, security, hosting, payment, WhatsApp, AI, or operational reasons.
We aim to keep the service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.
16. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, FinanceSuccess™, GAD, its owners, team members, contractors, partners, and service providers will not be liable for losses arising from your use of the platform, AI responses, business decisions, financial decisions, tax decisions, legal decisions, missed opportunities, loss of profit, loss of data, or third-party service failures.
You use FinanceSuccess™ at your own risk and remain responsible for verifying information before acting.
17. Indemnity
You agree to protect and hold FinanceSuccess™, GAD, its owners, team members, contractors, and partners harmless from claims, losses, damages, costs, or expenses arising from your misuse of the platform, breach of these Terms, unlawful activity, or unauthorised sharing of information.
18. Changes to these Terms
FinanceSuccess™ may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use of FinanceSuccess™ means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
