2. Personal information we may collect

- Password or account login details stored securely as a hash
- Subscription and payment status

3. Enter Your Numbers privacy
FinanceSuccess™ may allow you to manually enter basic business numbers such as sales, expenses, cash available, unpaid invoices, debt, repayments, business goals and notes.
We use these numbers to generate AI coaching insights, business actions and WhatsApp guidance. You remain responsible for ensuring the information you enter is accurate and that you are authorised to share it.
4. Document uploads
FinanceSuccess™ may restrict or remove document uploads during beta or early launch to reduce privacy risk. If document uploads are enabled in future, additional consent, storage, access and deletion rules may apply.
You must not upload documents you do not own or are not authorised to share. You must not upload bank credentials, card details, OTPs, passwords, ID documents or sensitive third-party information unless you are authorised and a proper upload notice is provided.
5. How we use your information
We use your information to:
- Create and manage your account
- Verify email addresses and support login
- Provide WhatsApp AI coaching
- Provide business modules, goals, reminders and actions
- Analyse basic business numbers you manually enter
- Manage subscriptions, trials and access limits

6. WhatsApp messages
If you use the WhatsApp AI Coach, your messages may be processed so FinanceSuccess™ can understand your question and respond. We may store message history to provide continuity, reminders, usage limits and better coaching.
Do not send passwords, OTPs, PINs, banking login details, card numbers, ID copies or confidential documents through WhatsApp.
7. AI processing
FinanceSuccess™ may use AI service providers to generate coaching responses, summaries, business actions and recommendations. AI may process the text you provide, including questions, module answers, goals and manually entered business numbers.
AI responses may be inaccurate or incomplete. You should review all outputs carefully before making business, financial, tax, legal or compliance decisions.
8. Payments and subscriptions
We may use third-party payment processors to manage payments, subscriptions and billing. FinanceSuccess™ may store payment status, plan type, subscription dates, payment references and renewal/cancellation information.
We do not ask you to send card PINs, OTPs or banking passwords to FinanceSuccess™.
